The First Graduation Commencement was held in MTI on June 25th .The Chairman of the Border Gao Weidong, The Honorary President Ji Keliang, and Other Leadership Members attended the Ceremony. 

“Four years ago, you came from all the corners around the country to initiate a brand new journey of your lives together at MTI. Over the past four years, you have interpreted the positive energy of youth with your hard work, demonstrated the new achievements of youth with your passion for struggle , and the history of the campus was printed with your names and stories. Today, you are gonna sail to a new expedition, to realize your dreams and to answer the call of duties.”said Gao Weidong. 

He continued the address by making his point on three wishes. The wish that all graduates join the renaissance of the grand period in this country.The wish that all graduates understand the spirit of Moutai, not only the liquor itself, but the culture baring inside. The wish that all graduates to be thankful, to parents, to school, to our country.  

Feng Xiaolun, the first president of MTI, one of the founding fathers to this institute, after 8 years of selfless giving, he finally witnessed the moment that comes with tears and joy. In two hours, he presented certificate to all 584 graduates. 

He spoke to the audience, like a father to his children are about to leave home. He also expressed sincere hope to the alumni, to be grateful not hateful, to be responsible not shiftless, and to be brave not stumble. 

In the end, doves outside the auditorium flew high up in the sky, touring the world that represented all the wishes.  

All the faculties and some retired senior professors, and parents representative were invited to the ceremony.
