Moutai Institute Won the 7th Guizhou “Internet+” College students inovation Contest concluded, while the golden prize was won by Moutai Institute representative team

    Auguest 29th, the 7th Guizhou “Internet+” College students inovation Contest concluded, while the golden prize was won by Moutai Institute representative team project “Chi Bo Zhi Cui, the trail blazer of probiotics from Moutai distillers grains”. The project was selected to compete in national game.

    Doc. Zheng Yuxi, lecture from department of Resource and environment, and the leader of the project, accornding to him, since 2019 the team discovered multiple pro-health substances, they continiously performed expieriments on Moutai circular economy industrial park. In past two years, Zheng has published the results on “Bioresource Technology”, and received extensive attention from enterprises and industry experts both in-land and over-seas.
