MTI Newly Got Approved Seed Science and Engineering Major

On February 24, according to the Notice on Publishing the Filing and Approval Results of Undergraduate Majors in Higher Education Institutions of 2021 issued by Ministry of Education, P.R. China, Moutai Institute newly got approved the “Seed Science and Engineering” Major.

Up to now, Moutai Institute, approved by Ministry of Education in 2017, has increased its majors from the original 5 Alcohol-making Engineering (Baijiu-making Engineering), Grape and Wine Engineering, Food Science and Engineering, Resource Recycling Science and Engineering, Marketing to the current 15.

The newly approved major “Seed Science and Engineering” is expected to enroll new students this autumn. (Contributed by YANG Guipeng)
